Terms for using Phone Deal Audit.
Your information controls the result
Results depend on the documents and facts you supply and confirm. Carrier offers, eligibility rules, bills, and policies can change. You are responsible for checking the final output before relying on or sending it.
No guaranteed outcome
A result may identify a possible discrepancy that requires carrier review. It does not establish legal liability, guarantee that money is owed, or guarantee reimbursement or recovery.
Permitted use
You may use the product for your personal consumer wireless audit. Do not interfere with the service, abuse purchase restoration, attempt to bypass report access controls, or use the service unlawfully.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the software accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted service or that every carrier document can be parsed. To the extent allowed by law, SG Applications is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the informational output.
Payments and refunds
The complete audit and action packet costs $39 as a one-time purchase when offered. There is no subscription. The free scan is provided before purchase, and no paid report is offered when no plausible discrepancy is found. Because the digital product is delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once the paid report is unlocked. The refund policy covers duplicate charges, technical problems that prevent delivery or use, material failures to function as described, and exceptional circumstances. It does not limit rights under applicable law or refund, dispute, chargeback, or consumer-protection rules administered by Stripe or Link.
